* Regarding Mold and Radon Inspections...We prepare and collect the samples and send to a laboratory (Pro-Lab Inc) for analysis. Mold has an incubation period of 48 hours, prior to sending and has a processing time of approximately 1 week. Radon requires 4 days of exposure to the testing medium, and approximately 1 week for processing. EXPRESS SERVICE IS AVAILABLE - ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY.
