Home Inspections: All home inspections are bottom to top and everything in between. Site, exterior, roofing, structural components, interior walls, doors, windows, ceilings and floors, cabinetry, appliances, and major systems: air conditioning/heating, electrical and plumbing. Mold, insects, and Chinese Drywall are part of our normal inspection. A visual Mold Inspection included with all regular paid inspections. We also inspect pools and equipment, sprinklers, and outbuildings... All done to ASHI specifications.
Commercial Building Inspections: Structure and major systems inspection. These inspections are customized to your specific needs.
Manufactured Homes: Inspections include all items listed above for home inspections and include inspection of accessible undercarriage and tiedowns.
Condominium Inspections: All condominium inspections include walls, ceilings, flooring, appliances, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning/heating system, doors, windows, cabinetry and counters, etc...all done to ASHI specifications.
